Should you wish to return any product for a replacement or refund, please ensure that it meets with our returns policy below before sending to this address:

For replacements please enclose a note giving the name that the order was made in, and what you'd like it to be replaced with.

For refunds please enclose a note giving the name that the order was made in, and we'd appreciate it if you could mention the reason for the return as this could help our future practices.

Please ensure all goods are sufficiently packaged and have adequate insurance.

Returns Policy
Under the United Kingdoms distance selling regulations, if you have changed your mind after purchasing a product from us, you can return the goods for a full refund subject to the following conditions:

1. The items are in stock condition (as when they were delivered - unwashed/unused/undamaged)
2. You inform us within 7 days of delivery of product
3. You pay for the return of goods to us
4. Goods are returned in the original packing in a re-saleable condition
5. If the goods are refused by us because any of the above is not met we will return the goods to you and you may be charged for the return
6. Postage prices displayed on this site are shown at a subsidised rate, should a replacement product be required, a non-subsidised postal charge may be made
