Shrinkage: with the poly/cotton blend you can expect minimal shrinkage, around 1 inch on the length, each sleeve and leg (please note that the gis are made larger to accommodate this shrinkage).
Washing instructions: 40°C, do not bleach, do not tumble, do not iron.
