Standard online ordering is available for UK & specified countries only, and may exclude the following destinations: Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Guernsey, and any other offshore UK addresses.
Delivery to these and other regions may be available but an additional charge could be required. In these circumstances the customer will be notified of the surcharge and given the option to continue or cancel the order.

Expected delivery times:
We use a next working day courier for mainland UK (except Highlands) orders and where possible, dispatch all orders received before 1pm on the same day. In the event that an item is temporarily unavailable you will be notified and an alternative or full refund will be offered. If an order has not been received within 7 days and you have not been contacted, please contact us.
